Sock aid helps to put on socks of all kinds easily and independently.

Shoe Horn

Support dressing

Front Closing Clothes

For women particularly a lot of clothing has back closing - like bra's and dresses. If you are struggling to do this your best option is to look for forward closing clothes to prevent overstretching your arms.

Trouser Pull ups

Wrap around elastic that you can put around your leg and trousers and then use handles to pull up.  This works for some people but not for others so worth checking out the reviews and see if it's fit for purpose for you!
